Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, understand their requirements, and persuade them to take desired actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive questioning and listening to customer needs.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing personalized service and addressing their queries and concerns.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives consistently.
  6. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and facilitate the sales process.
  7. Data Management: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  8. Market Feedback: Provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions.


Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telesales or customer service roles.

Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.

Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
