Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. This role requires a blend of persuasive communication skills, resilience, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. You will aim to introduce our products/services, highlight their benefits, and generate interest.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. Address any queries or concerns they may have, and provide accurate information to assist them in making informed decisions.
  3. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
  4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while ensuring quality interactions with customers.
  5. Follow-up and Documentation: Keep detailed records of interactions with customers, including their feedback, preferences, and any follow-up actions required. Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members, including sales executives and managers, to align efforts and achieve collective goals. Share insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. Ability to articulate ideas effectively and tailor communication to suit different audiences.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer needs. Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Resilience: Resilience in handling rejection and overcoming challenges. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and perseverance in achieving objectives.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software. Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools as required.
