Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Your primary goal will be to introduce our products/services, generate interest, and secure sales appointments or product demonstrations.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their requirements, address queries, and provide accurate information about our offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to individual customer needs and preferences. Utilize effective sales techniques to highlight the benefits and features of our products/services, aiming to maximize sales conversions.
- Lead Management: Efficiently manage and update customer databases, keeping accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups. Prioritize leads based on their potential to convert and ensure timely follow-up to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the team leader or management. Employ proactive strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the team leader or supervisor regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on sales activities, outcomes, and performance metrics as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) up to Graduation. A background in Sales, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Experience: At least 3 years of prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales roles. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service over the phone.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old, demonstrating maturity, professionalism, and reliability in their work ethic.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages as per the target demographic. Ability to articulate ideas clearly, persuasively, and with confidence.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers quickly. Empathetic listener with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software for lead management and reporting.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment, adapting to changing priorities and business requirements with resilience and flexibility.
