Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads or appointments. You will also handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or feedback. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote products or services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  2. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and courteous interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback, using CRM software or other designated systems.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates to contribute to the overall sales objectives of the organization.
  6. Product Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge of products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  8. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing telemarketing activities, ensuring compliance at all times.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
  • Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
