Job Description: Telecaller

Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers through telephone calls. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Promote Products/Services: Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to potential customers, to generate interest and sales.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive questioning and engagement.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives set by the team leader or manager.
6. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, sales, and conversions.
7. Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies, guidelines, and scripts during calls. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. Seek feedback to enhance performance and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to a Graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate product/service information clearly and persuasively.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize, understand customer needs, and provide solutions effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good listening skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections professionally. Maintain a positive attitude and persistence in achieving goals.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software, and proficiency in using MS Office applications.
