About the Role:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone, providing them with information about our products or services, addressing their queries, and ultimately, converting leads into sales. This role requires a blend of persuasive communication, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads generated through various channels. Handle inbound calls and promptly respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. Stay updated on product offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Sales Conversion: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Keep detailed records of sales activities, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to streamline processes, share insights, and contribute to overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders, both male and female are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
