Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner. You will handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities. Through effective communication, you will assist in converting inquiries into sales, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken. Update customer databases regularly to ensure data integrity and facilitate follow-up communication.
- Follow-up: Initiate follow-up calls to existing customers to gather feedback, offer additional support, and nurture long-term relationships. Proactively address any issues or concerns to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotional offers to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures while conducting telecalling activities. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or telesales.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English (optional but preferred).
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, demonstrate empathy, and effectively resolve issues.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
