Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest. Your persuasive communication skills will be crucial in engaging potential clients and highlighting the benefits of our offerings.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns. Provide accurate information about our products/services, address any queries or objections, and strive to deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
3. Sales Conversion: Effectively pitch our products/services to interested customers and guide them through the sales process. Utilize persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close deals, ultimately contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
4. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers who have shown interest but haven't yet made a purchase. Nurture leads through consistent communication and personalized assistance to encourage conversion.
5. Database Management: Update and maintain records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales outcomes. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data to facilitate future follow-up and analysis.

Requirements:

• Education: Candidates must have completed at least 12th-grade education, with preference given to graduates.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is advantageous.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
