Job Description: Telecaller

Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner over the phone. Build rapport, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions to their queries or concerns.
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. Present information persuasively and convincingly to generate interest and drive sales.
- Inbound Calls Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and efficiently. Listen attentively to their inquiries or issues, and provide accurate information or assistance to resolve them effectively.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including their inquiries, complaints, or feedback. Update customer databases with relevant information and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products or services. Address any concerns they may have and provide additional assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction. Strive towards achieving individual and team goals to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate level. A solid educational foundation is essential for effective communication and comprehension.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service will be advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi (or any other regional language). Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely over the phone.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist customers and resolve their issues. Empathetic approach toward understanding customer needs and concerns.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations. Flexibility to handle various types of inquiries and challenges with professionalism and patience.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills are required for maintaining records, updating databases, and using communication tools effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude towards working with colleagues and contributing to team success. Willingness to support peers and share best practices for continuous improvement.
