About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or take the desired action. You will also handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and provide excellent assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts. Engage in meaningful conversations to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
  2. Inbound Call Handling: Respond promptly to incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order placement, service issues, and general assistance. Provide accurate information and resolve concerns effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and attentiveness. Listen actively to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or assistance.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Utilize persuasive techniques and sales tactics to convert leads into sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback for management review.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and policies. Continuously update your knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times. Ensure ethical conduct and confidentiality in handling customer information and sensitive data.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate level.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages. Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results in a sales-driven environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other relevant tools for call management and documentation.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
