Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

3. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our offerings.
4. Identify and understand customer needs, address concerns, and offer appropriate solutions.
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
6. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
7. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the team leader or manager.
8. Keep detailed records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system accordingly.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and optimize conversion rates.
10. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products/services.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
6. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
7. Ability to handle objections and rejection positively, turning them into opportunities.
8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
