As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving business growth through effective communication.


  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Engage in meaningful conversations to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing queries, and providing relevant information about our offerings.
  3. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to effectively promote products/services and highlight their key features and benefits. Tailor communication according to the needs and preferences of individual customers.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales opportunities and closing deals. Demonstrate resilience and persistence in achieving set objectives.
  5. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet committed to a purchase. Nurture leads through consistent communication and personalized engagement.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, inquiries, and feedback. Update customer information in the database regularly.
  7. Feedback and Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and communication techniques. Provide feedback to the team and management for process improvement.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of prior experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to identify sales opportunities and capitalize on them.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Empathetic listener with the capacity to understand customer needs.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Resilience: Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection positively and bounce back from setbacks.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
