About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with prospective and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services and enhance customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and deliver exceptional service that aligns with our company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place calls to potential customers from our database, introduce our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
  2. Inbound Inquiry Handling: Respond to incoming calls, answer queries, provide information about our offerings, and resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and courteously.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing their inquiries promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
  4. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue while maintaining high-quality standards in customer interactions.
  5. Data Management: Accurately records and maintains customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from supervisors, participate in training sessions, and proactively identify areas for personal and professional development to enhance your performance as a Telecaller.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English (preferred) to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Resilience: Resilience in handling rejection, objections, and challenging situations with a positive attitude and perseverance.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center tools will be advantageous.
