Position: Telecaller

Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads or set appointments. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services and maintaining excellent customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, explain their features, and persuade them to take the desired action.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling. Gather pertinent information from prospects to determine their interest level and suitability for our offerings.
  3. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments and relevant information.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing prompt and courteous assistance. Address any inquiries or concerns they may have and follow up on previous interactions as necessary.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting. Strive to consistently improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the company's CRM system. Ensure that all relevant information is properly documented for future reference.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or telemarketing environment.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to candidates of all genders, both male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention specific language if applicable) with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections effectively, and adapt communication style to different customer personalities.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
  • Ethical Conduct: Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in dealing with customers and handling sensitive information.
