Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to take desired actions, such as making a purchase, scheduling an appointment, or subscribing to our services. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries and concerns, and provide them with accurate information and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script or talking points.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust to effectively convey the benefits of our offerings.
  3. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to confidently answer customer questions and overcome objections.
  4. Sales and Conversions: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  5. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, accurately documenting relevant information for further follow-up.
  6. Handling Objections: Address customer concerns and objections effectively, providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
  7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve collective goals.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a telecalling or similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Persistence: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and persist in pursuing sales opportunities with a positive attitude.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ethical Standards: Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance with company policies and regulations.
