Job Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to introduce our products/services, build rapport with prospects, and ultimately, persuade them to take desired actions. This role requires a blend of persuasive communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services and compellingly highlight their benefits.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups. Address their queries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive results effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to articulate their features, advantages, and benefits convincingly during calls.
- Market Feedback: Gather market feedback and insights from customer interactions. Communicate valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding call scripts, compliance standards, and ethical practices at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and regional languages.
- Persuasive Ability: Proven track record of persuading customers and achieving sales targets.
- Empathy: Ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns while maintaining professionalism.
- Resilience: Resilient attitude towards rejection and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and comfortable with technology tools for calling.
