Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, promote our products/services, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with our clientele. You will be the voice of our company, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services, explain features, and answer any queries they may have.
- Sales Generation: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and upsell additional products/services.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while conducting calls and handling customer information.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including sales representatives and supervisors, to achieve collective goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport over the phone.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries/issues.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and embrace new technologies/tools for effective communication.
