Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and ultimately convert leads into customers. Your primary duties will include:

1. Making Outbound Calls: Utilize provided contact lists to make outbound calls to prospective customers. Introduce them to our products/services, explain their benefits, and address any queries or concerns they may have.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings.

3. Sales Pitching: Effectively deliver sales pitches to persuade potential customers to engage with our products/services. Use persuasive communication skills to highlight the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.

4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information and insights to determine the prospect's level of interest and suitability for our products/services.

5. Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards achieving set sales targets and quotas within specified timeframes. Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and objectives.

6. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record and maintain customer information, sales activities, and other relevant data in the CRM system. Generate regular reports to track progress, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade, although a graduate degree is preferred.
• Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders.
