Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with customers over the phone to address their queries, provide information about our products or services, and ultimately, drive sales. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  2. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products or services, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  3. Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  5. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to influence customers and achieve sales targets, while maintaining integrity and ethical standards.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions, using our CRM system.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to share insights, and best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate level education.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers and resolving their issues promptly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, demonstrate empathy, and handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a track record of converting leads into sales opportunities.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other communication tools.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per business requirements.
