Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our company's communication efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided. Engage them in meaningful conversations to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and personalized interactions. Address their queries, concerns, and objections professionally and courteously.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales. Employ effective closing strategies to seal the deal and achieve sales targets.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase yet. Nurture leads through continued communication to facilitate conversion.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system. Update customer information, preferences, and feedback for future reference.

Qualifications:
- Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade, although a graduate degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles is required.
