Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales. You will also handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing their queries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
2. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling efforts. Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Handle incoming calls from existing customers promptly and professionally. Address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and conversion rates.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process. Maintain regular communication with potential customers to build rapport and trust.
6. Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales manager regarding customer responses, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and submit reports on call activities, sales progress, and challenges faced.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
