Position Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service efforts, engaging with potential and existing customers to drive business growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to take desired actions such as making a purchase, scheduling appointments, or participating in promotional events.
- Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about our products/services, addressing their queries, providing information, and assisting them with their needs to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales through persuasive communication and relationship-building techniques.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback received, using our CRM software system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with information about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and any changes or updates, to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including sales representatives, supervisors, and managers, to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving individual and team goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male, female, and others.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in the local language (add language if specific to the region) with a clear and pleasant telephone manner. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, understand customer needs, and adapt communication style accordingly.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
- Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as per business requirements.
