Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone and promote our products/services. Your duties will include:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiating outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. You will introduce our offerings, highlight their benefits, and persuade individuals to consider our products/services.

2. Customer Follow-up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and upsell additional products/services as appropriate.

3. Information Gathering: Collecting relevant information from customers to update our database and ensure accurate records.

4. Achieving Targets: Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets set by the organization. Your performance will directly contribute to our overall sales objectives.

5. Providing Feedback: Sharing valuable insights and feedback from customer interactions with the team to enhance our sales strategies and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

1. Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level. A higher level of education may be preferred but is not mandatory.

2. Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.

3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years of age to be eligible for this position.
