Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers over the phone professionally and courteously. Listen attentively to their queries, concerns, or requirements and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively promote our products or services to potential customers. Provide detailed information about features, benefits, pricing, and any ongoing promotions or offers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling. Gather relevant information about customers' needs and preferences to pass on to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote additional products or services.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the database. Update customer information, call logs, and any relevant details for future reference.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed assigned targets for call volume, sales, or other key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined by the team lead or manager.
Requirements:
- Education: A minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) is required. Graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales will be given preference.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old.
