Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our customer service and sales efforts. You will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products or services, and promoting sales opportunities. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding service while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce our products or services, answer their questions, and provide relevant information.
  2. Sales Promotion: Actively promote sales opportunities by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and promotional offers to customers.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and attentiveness to their needs.
  4. Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and provide assistance as needed.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the database.
  6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.


  • Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Age: Must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders (male and female).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
