Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our company's communication efforts, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and convert leads into sales. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using a prepared list of leads. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
  2. Inbound Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers, provide information about our offerings, address queries or concerns, and assist in resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database. Follow up on leads promptly and ensure timely closure of sales deals.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide personalized assistance.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and revenue generation. Strive towards continuous improvement and consistently seek ways to enhance performance.
  6. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during all interactions with customers. Ensure ethical conduct and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including sales representatives, to coordinate efforts and maximize results. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to contribute to the overall success of the team.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) up to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or related roles, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner. Ability to articulate ideas persuasively and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving results.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist customers and address their needs effectively.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively, overcome objections, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate business needs.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Sasaram region and proficiency in local languages/dialects would be an advantage.
