Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and convert leads into sales. Your primary duties will include:
- Outbound Calls: Initiating outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Your goal will be to introduce our products/services, highlight their benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business. Building long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Sales Conversion: Utilizing effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Understanding customer needs and preferences to tailor product/service offerings and maximize sales outcomes.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately recording customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company database or CRM system. Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, outcomes, and customer feedback for reporting purposes.
- Target Achievement: Working towards predefined sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Continuously striving to meet or exceed individual and team goals through proactive sales efforts and effective time management.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders, both male and female are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and convey information effectively.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify sales opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building positive relationships with customers.
