4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
5. Identify and qualify leads through proactive communication and engagement.
6. Update customer information and interactions accurately in the database.
7. Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
9. Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade to Graduate.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English (additional proficiency in local languages is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Must be between 18 to 40 years of age.
