Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects and introduce them to our products/services.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing information on products/services, addressing queries, and resolving concerns. Your ability to effectively communicate our value proposition will be crucial in converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently. You will be responsible for driving sales revenue through effective persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet committed. Persistence and resilience are key qualities in ensuring conversion success.
- Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Maintaining organized records will facilitate efficient follow-up and future reference.
- Feedback Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and any insights gathered during interactions. Your input will contribute to strategic decision-making and product/service enhancements.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree. A solid educational foundation demonstrates your ability to comprehend and communicate effectively.
- Experience: Prior experience in a telecalling or sales role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year. Experience in customer service or related fields is also valuable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English. The ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively is essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Empathy, patience, and active listening skills are vital for understanding customer needs and addressing concerns.
- Target Orientation: Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve sales targets. A results-driven mindset coupled with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving strategies is crucial.
