Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our organization, engaging with potential customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing our products/services, and effectively communicating their benefits.
2. Lead Conversion: Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and persuasively present how our offerings can fulfill those needs, ultimately converting leads into sales.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing their queries or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads and meeting or exceeding predefined sales quotas.
5. Documentation: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, to facilitate follow-up actions and track sales performance.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification from 12th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to candidates of all genders - male and female both are encouraged to apply.

1. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Punjabi, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
