Role Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong persuasive skills, and a commitment to achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to engage further.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing information on products/services, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize results.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product/service knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.

- Excellent Communication: Clear and articulate verbal communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in Hindi or English.
