Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, pitch our offerings persuasively, and convert leads into customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided contact lists. Introduce our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits.

2. Building Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous communication. Listen to their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

3. Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings. Handle objections confidently and strive to close sales successfully.

4. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales. Utilize persuasive selling techniques and follow-up strategies to drive conversions.

5. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record customer information, sales interactions, and transaction details in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, conversions, and achievements.

6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through ongoing training sessions and self-study. Apply acquired knowledge to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.

7. Adhering to Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards during all customer interactions. Uphold the reputation and integrity of the organization at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and targets.
