Job Description:

Position: Telecaller
Location: Sambalpur
Education: 12th to Graduate
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Age: 18 years to 40 years
Gender: Male/Female


  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Product/Service Promotion: Present and promote company products/services to potential customers over the phone.
  4. Sales Conversion: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases.
  5. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive outbound calling efforts.
  6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
