Job Description:

As a Telecaller at Amaira Shah, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through telephone calls to promote our products or services. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads, set appointments, and maintain customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products or services.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the database.
8. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
9. Feedback: Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate level.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing roles.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
4. Persuasive Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers to take desired actions.
5. Target-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
