Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers over the phone professionally and courteously. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and address any queries or concerns they may have.
2. Sales Generation: Effectively pitch products/services to customers and persuade them to make a purchase or avail of our services. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through outbound calling efforts. Gather relevant information about potential customers and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance and addressing their needs. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints on time.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, sales, and follow-up activities. Update customer databases regularly and ensure data confidentiality and security.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals and objectives. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to enhance team performance and productivity.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a graduate degree. A higher educational background is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service. Candidates with experience in telemarketing or telesales will be given preference.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English (additional proficiency in regional languages is advantageous).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers effectively.

• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
