Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Engage with them professionally to introduce our products/services, answer their queries, and persuade them to take desired actions.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with customers through effective communication. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
3. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet committed. Utilize persuasive techniques to encourage them to move forward in the sales process.
4. Database Management: Keep accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the company's database. Ensure data integrity and update information as necessary to facilitate smooth communication and reporting.
5. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving monthly or quarterly targets set by the company. Utilize your sales skills and product knowledge to meet and exceed expectations consistently.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features, benefits, and specifications of the products/services offered by the company. Be prepared to address inquiries and provide comprehensive information to potential customers.
7. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding call scripts, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines. Ensure that all interactions with customers reflect positively on the company's reputation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification from 12th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders – male and female.
