Role Overview:

  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and empathy, aiming to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  4. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving predefined sales targets by effectively pitching products or services, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and converting leads into sales.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, or complaints, using designated CRM software or databases.
  6. Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from customers regarding our products or services, market trends, or areas for improvement, and communicate these insights to relevant departments for continuous enhancement.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, during all customer interactions.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) up to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders.
