Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Telecallers to join our team in Saharsa. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and providing outstanding assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers over the phone courteously and professionally. Initiate conversations to understand their needs and promote our products/services accordingly.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective customers. Utilize persuasive techniques to generate interest and drive sales.
- Customer Assistance: Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product/service inquiries, pricing, availability, and any other relevant details. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calling efforts. Gather necessary information and maintain detailed records of interactions for follow-up purposes.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives. Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to maximize revenue generation opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and personalized assistance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum educational qualification from 10th to Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and support customers.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
