Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our company, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and assist with inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospects, introduce them to our offerings, and persuade them to take action, whether it's making a purchase, scheduling an appointment, or attending an event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases. Introduce company products/services, explain their benefits, and convince prospects to take desired actions.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers through effective communication. Address their queries, provide relevant information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments or demonstrations. Collaborate closely with the sales department to achieve targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any concerns, and guide prospects through the sales process. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas. Take proactive measures to optimize performance and improve results.
- Market Research: Gather feedback from customers, identify market trends, and relay valuable insights to the management team. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
- Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers and colleagues. Adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate level.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.
- Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Hindi or English. Additional regional language proficiency is a plus.
- Persuasive Skills: Ability to influence and persuade others effectively. Confidence in presenting product/service information and overcoming objections.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM software. Comfortable with making calls using telecommunication systems.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, business needs, and customer requirements.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
