Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment. Your ability to articulate product/service features and benefits effectively will be key in driving conversions and achieving sales targets.


  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing accurate information about our products or services.
  3. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their level of interest and readiness to purchase.
  4. Sales Conversion: Persuade prospects to take desired actions, such as making a purchase, scheduling a consultation, or signing up for a service.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of conversations, follow-up actions, and outcomes, using our CRM system.
  6. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback and training opportunities to improve your sales skills and product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) required. Higher education (graduate or above) preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Experience: At least 3 months of prior experience in a telecalling or sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age.
  4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders—male, female, and others.
