Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, serving as the primary point of contact between our company and potential customers. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to engage further. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing their queries, providing assistance, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Conducting outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products/services, explain features, and answer any questions or concerns.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Lead Generation: Generating leads through proactive outreach efforts, including cold calling, follow-ups, and lead qualification to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge about our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and advantages to customers.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, in the CRM system.
- Customer Support: Providing timely and efficient assistance to existing customers regarding product inquiries, order processing, billing issues, and other concerns.
- Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders, both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language, with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, listen attentively, and empathize with customers' concerns.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in using CRM software for data entry and management.
