Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, or secure appointments. You will be the initial point of contact between our company and its prospective clients, therefore your role is crucial in creating a lasting first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts to promote our products/services and persuade potential clients to engage with our offerings.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling, gather necessary information, and maintain a database of potential clients for follow-up.
3. Customer Engagement: Provide information to customers regarding products/services, answer queries, and address concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with our sales representatives or for product demonstrations as required.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients who have shown interest but have not yet committed, ensuring a persistent yet professional approach.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the database, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken, to facilitate seamless follow-up and reporting.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Qualities:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English (proficiency in local languages is an added advantage).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on building rapport and relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
