Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer communication efforts. Key Responsibilities:

2. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales or appointments. Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and address any questions or objections effectively.
5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to quality standards and compliance regulations.
6. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher education is an advantage).
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
• Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
• Gender: Open to all genders (Male, Female, and others).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Additional regional language proficiency is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain enthusiasm and motivation in a target-driven environment.
