4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, capturing relevant information, and updating databases accordingly.
5. Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets consistently, demonstrating a results-oriented approach toward achieving organizational objectives.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, utilizing designated CRM tools.
7. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and overall effectiveness as a Telecaller.

Qualifications:

• Education: A minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) is required. Graduates are preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age to be eligible for this position.
