Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Proactively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, addressing their queries, providing assistance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, capturing relevant information, and updating databases accordingly.
- Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets consistently, demonstrating a results-oriented approach toward achieving organizational objectives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, utilizing designated CRM tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and overall effectiveness as a Telecaller.
Qualifications:
- Education: A minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) is required. Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age to be eligible for this position.
