Position: Telecaller Location: Rohtak Education: 10th to Graduate Experience: Minimum 3 years

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services. Your main objective will be to generate leads, set appointments, and ultimately increase sales revenue. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling. Gather pertinent information about the customer's needs, preferences, and budget to determine their level of interest and suitability for our offerings.
3. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and appointments.
4. Follow-up: Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Address any concerns or objections they may have and provide additional information to facilitate their decision-making process.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Update customer information, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on commitments made during calls.
6. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Take proactive measures to optimize call quality, conversion rates, and overall productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum 10th-grade education required, with preference given to candidates holding a graduate degree.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing roles is essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to articulate product/service offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
• Persistence: Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and objections professionally and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for call tracking and lead management.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
