Job Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up an appointment. You will also handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Present products or services persuasively, emphasizing their benefits and unique selling points.
- Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally. Listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback attentively, and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up. Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products or services to effectively convey their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. Stay updated on product or service offerings, promotions, and pricing.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Data Management: Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system. Ensure data confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent). Higher education such as graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to candidates of all genders – male and female both are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade and influence others effectively. Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
