Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for initiating communication with potential customers over the phone. Your primary duties will include:
- Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Product/Service Promotion: Introducing and promoting our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Lead Generation: Generating leads and maintaining a database of prospective customers through effective communication.
- Follow-up: Following up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize conversion rates.
- Achieving Targets: Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Feedback: Providing feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in the language(s) relevant to the target audience, with a pleasant and persuasive demeanor.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to effectively pitch products/services to potential customers.
- Persistence: A resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and objections positively.
- Time Management: Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
