Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. Your primary role will involve engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and effectively communicating the benefits to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers courteously and professionally to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively pitching products/services and closing sales.
5. Follow-up: Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system and update customer information as necessary.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and product/service improvements.

Requirements:

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in both English and local languages are essential for effectively communicating with customers.
2. Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
