Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ultimately drive sales. Key responsibilities include:

1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to deliver product/service information and gather relevant details.
2. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, warm calling, and other lead generation techniques to expand our customer base.
3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport, address inquiries, and overcome objections.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field agents based on customer availability and interest.
5. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed.
6. Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information, call logs, and other relevant data into the CRM system.
7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to a Graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
